Our Story
The name Scratchkings reflects how the brand began: from scratch. Founded by three long-time friends, we believed that the history of pork crackling deserved more respect than mass-production was giving it.
Rather than tweaking what already existed, we chose to start again. Taking a familiar pub favourite and reworking it with care and respect for tradition.
